independent voters to intervene
Idaho independent voters, backed by several national groups will be allowed to intervene in the Idaho GOP lawsuit to close primaries. May be the first time independent voters have been allowed a position on open primaries. GOP Secretary of State Ysursa had this comment: Silence is golden. Miller, AP in the Statesman.
